Avec Care offers a range of services tailored to clients’ individual needs. Following a personal consultation with an Avec Care Program Manager, a plan is developed in collaboration with the client. The plan outlines the type, frequency and duration of service required to meet the needs of the client and is monitored on an ongoing basis to ensure service is appropriate and coordinated.

Providing assistance with domestic/commercial cleaning chores, including assistance with cleaning, dishwashing, clothes washing, ironing, meal preparation and help with shopping and bill paying.
Transporting and accompanying clients to do their shopping or doing the shopping for them.
Providing accompanied transport to appointments and social activities.
Assessing, planning, coordinating and monitoring services tailored to meet individual needs. This service is particularly useful when clients have complex medical and/or social needs.
Providing regular lawn maintenance including mowing, whipper snipping, pruning and weeding.
Providing families and carers with a break from their caring responsibilities. Respite care can be provided at home, be centre based or at another agreed location.
Preparing food for clients to cook themselves at a later date or cooking simple meals for them.
Providing assistance with daily self-care tasks in order to help clients maintain appropriate standards of hygiene and grooming.
Reminding clients when to take their medication. This can be provided as a drop-in service up to three times daily if required.
